The firm is headed by Jim Skirda a Professional Engineer with a B.Sc. in Applied Science (Queen's University) as well as an M.Sc., in Civil Engineering also from Queen's.

In addition, Jim is Certified by the Canadian Construction Association as a Gold Seal Project Manager (GSC)

Jim also holds a Construction Certificate from the Canadian Healthcare Engineering Society (CHES)
