This fully automated , 300 SF. , 80 feet tall Distribution Centre was constructed on the original Schedule and on Budget during the Global Covid Pandemic no less!

Skirda Construction Management provided Professional Services acting as the on site Construction Manager for Walmart Canada. Duties included schedule review and monitoring, dispute resolution, providing seasoned Leadership to the Project Team, deficiency management , and quality control .
